Terms of use
Short version: it's free, it's early, your work is yours, and an AI draft is a starting point — not professional advice.
What this is
BuildByFlow helps you turn a piece of multi-phase work into a flow you can follow. It is a working prototype offered free of charge. We may change, limit, or stop features, and AI drafting depends on free shared capacity that is sometimes unavailable.
Your work is yours
You keep ownership of the flows, projects, notes, and documents you put in. You give us only the permission we need to store them and show them back to you, and to show a flow to others if you choose to share it. We do not use your content to train AI models.
AI drafts are drafts
Flows are generated by a language model. They will sometimes be wrong, incomplete, or out of order, and they do not know your site, your budget, your contract, or your local rules. Nothing here is professional advice.
Anything structural, electrical, legal, financial, medical, or otherwise safety-critical must be checked by a qualified person before you act on it. Permits, inspections, and regulations are your responsibility.
Using it fairly
- One account per person, and please don't work around the usage limits — they exist so the free AI capacity is there for everyone.
- Don't upload someone else's confidential information without their permission, and don't upload anything unlawful.
- Don't try to break, overload, or probe the service, or use it to generate anything illegal or harmful.
- We may suspend an account that does these things.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be available, or that your data will never be lost — keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or from decisions you make based on an AI-drafted flow.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
