An operations team rolling out the same change across many sites
How a larger organisation can run one standard flow at every location and see at a glance which sites are behind.
This is an illustrative walkthrough of a typical situation, not a report about a named customer.
The situation
Opening a branch, refitting a store, or introducing a new system at each location is the same project repeated many times. The difficulty is not the work at one site; it is knowing where all of them stand, and making sure the tenth site benefits from what the first one learned.
The flow
The operations team writes a single rollout flow — survey, approvals, installation, staff training, go-live, review — and shares it as a template. Each site lead starts a project from it.
What changes
Every site follows the same gates, so a site cannot go live before training is signed off. Lessons from early sites are folded back into the template for the sites that follow.
Today each site lead tracks their own project. A shared console for viewing every site side by side, with roles and approvals, is in development.
Put it into practice
